Chef Stephen brings almost two decades of international experience to the Palm Springs food scene. His resume spans the globe, from New York City (44, BLT, Ono @ The Gansevoort) to Panama (Laurent Tourondel’s restaurants at the Hotel Manrey) and beyond. The influences he’s picked up along the way can be savored in his Mediterranean-meets-the-world menu at Juniper Table.
Chef Stephen mastered the art of hyperlocal cooking as Chef de Cuisine at Manhattan’s Michelin-starred Marc Forgione and developed culinary concepts at Four Seasons Hotels in Chicago and Beirut, Lebanon. His own restaurant, Epic, in Chicago, was named one of Esquire magazine’s Best New Restaurants.
